It’s been said that it’s not enough to be in the right place at the right time. You have to be the right person in the right place at the right time and that describes Ivan Hernandez. Ivan, a DACA recipient, has a story that literally defies logic about a decision that changed his perception of the world around him. Ivan and his family were reunited in 2003 after crossing the border for a better life. He is transferring to Pacific University from PCC to pursue a double major in Political Science and Communications.
