Throughout her childhood Wafa Almaktari has always been a defender and always stepped out of her comfort zone to stand for what is right. Now she is a warrior and always makes sure that her voice advocates for the voiceless. She is a senior at Portland state university and will soon graduate with a double major in Human Resources and Management & Leadership (Business), and a minor in Civic Leadership (Public Administration). 4 days ago she became an auntie and soon she will become a bride.
