Bayer Crop Cast, August 2019 with Craig White and Matt Willis, recorded while we were in South Australia, examining crop trials around the south-east and mid north areas. In this episode we discuss how the pre-emergent herbicides are performing, with Sakura standing out now with it's strong residual grassweed activity, and the benefits of using Velocity and Precept, with Precept being particularly useful in oat crops. Disease Management is an important consideration now, with yield potential being setup. We discuss the "Crop Disease Sequence Trials," looking at which combination approach will provide the best benefits. Finally we finish off discussing Truflex Canola varieties, TagTeam and list some industry events and field days coming up around Western Australia.
