On episode 035 of The United Methodist People Podcast Rev. Dr. Brad Miller is joined by Rev. Michelle Cobb, Executive Director of e4potentialliving.org/ and Indiana Area Bishop Julius Trimble.   Bishop Trimble and Rev. Cobb engaged in a deep dive conversation about the courageous conversations needed to respond to racism.    Rev. Cobb described her early faith and the impact of her childhood experience of facing racial hatred when she as a black student was bussed to a predominately white school in her hometown of Gary Indiana.   Rev Cobb went on to share her reactions to the killing of George Floyd and how this raised the awareness racial injustice among people beyond people of color.   She is the Executive Directory of  e4potentialliving.org/ which provides resources and services on racial justice training, intercultural competency training designed to engage, equip and empower their clients to engage across racial lines to maximize community transformation.   A key part of the conversation centered
