Ep. 116 Baking Cookies with Mom The holidays can bring up very intense emotions, both positive and negative for people.  Some people feel euphoria knowing Christmas is just around the corner, others feel dread and sorrow. For me, I have felt both.  In today's episode I take you through my journey in life from having Christmas be the most magical times of the year, to one of the darkest.  And more recently, how it is starting to come back to being a special time of year that I love.
