We can feel like if we don't meditate, exercise, journal, hydrate, eat healthy, get 10 hours of sleep, and snuggle with someone that we won't be able to be fully balanced.  Most people have learned tools to help them better care for their mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual state.  But how often and where should we use them?
