Democratic Party Chair, Jim Bartow for Orange County, North Carolina discusses local and national preparations for the 2018 Elections.  Detailing the neighborhood ground work that has been mobilized both locally and nationally, he contrasted this person to person work with the big national statements being issued by the Republicans.
