Legendary Sports Caster Bucky Waters & Veteran Carolina Graduate Tim Hucks discuss the history of the Carolina Tarheels & Duke Blue Devils Rivalry. From the history (of both schools) in the Southern Conference in the 1920's to the 1953 formation of the ACC, these two veterans detail the iconic rivalry between the UNC Chapel Hill Tarheels & Duke University Blue Devils.
