In this episode, we talk about the Enchiridion Symbolorum: Compendium of Creeds, Definitions, and Declarations on Matters of Faith and Morals, which was compiled by Heinrich Denzinger. This book provides the numerous statements about Christian doctrine and morals made by the popes from the early centuries to the present. We provide a brief history of this book’s first compilation in the early nineteenth century and its numerous subsequent editions and translations since.
