Leading Well

In this episode we’re reading Romans 12:6-8 Feel free to listen or read along.  As I read this passage the first time what words or phrases stands out to you as I read this. As we read this passage again, what is God using to capture your attention?  Begin to ask what is this passage saying?  What does it mean? As we read this passage for the final time, ask what is God stirring inside of you?  Consider what response God is inviting you into? Romans 12:6-8 New International Version (NIV) 6 We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith;7 if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; 8 if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.
