Egyptian-born Nonie Darwish draws a sharp contrast between common Middle Ester treatment of women and America's treatment of women. It is ironic, she argues, that the expression 'War on Women' did not original in the parts of the world where there is genuine subjugation of women. Her remarks were recorded at the Clare Boothe Luce Policy Institute's Midwest Women's Summit in Minnesota in April 2015.
