It’s hard to believe there was a time when there was no such thing as the internet and a smartphone.  What was once heralded as a way to free up time and make us more productive, has instead exponentially sped up the pace of our life to the point of chronic exhaustion.  We need a rhythm to help us experience the grace of God in the midst of digital overload.
