This week we welcome Kathleen Tune she is a proven healthcare executive. Kathleen is currently the CFO and COO of Marani Health. She is a Managing Partner with Capita3; an early-stage venture capital fund focused on women-led startup founders.  She also founded and manages the health care investment firm Fourth Element Capital, investing in health care technology companies. Kathleen is a former partner at Thomas, McNerney & Partners, where she led and managed an extensive investment portfolio. She has worked with a range of companies from startups to large organizations in the highly regulated healthcare industry, has extensive community leadership activities, and serves on several non-profit boards, including currently serving on the board of directors for Gillette Children’s Hospital and the University Enterprise Laboratories.
