Matrix Breakers

This discussion was based on the talk I gave in person in my home at an event I hosted called the "Healing Arts Event" where my different roommates provided healing modalities and discussions that were alternative to the mainstream medical model.  Kaitlyn is a health coach in training and has a passion for helping people on their healing journey. She has had a radical life transformation since the start of the Covid pandemic which has led her to many lifestyle and career changes. Her perspective is refreshing and wholesome.
