Having a transparent, open approach to the way we communicate with a spouse, children, and even in our friendships creates a safe place for us to share what’s in our hearts. When God created Adam and Eve the Bible says, they were naked and unashamed. It was not just referring to physical nakedness but emotional and spiritual nakedness as well. We can be completely open and transparent with God, it’s a safe place with no judgment on the way we feel. With the right people in our lives, we can be open with in a similar way!
