In Radio O-Ringen podcast #67 you meet the King of WOC 2016. Olav Lundanes with two gold and one silver medal was undoubtly the King. He won the long distance and he was a member of the Norwegian relay team, plus a silver medal in the middle distance. Impressive results from the great Halden runner. Per Forsberg met Olav Lundanes the after the relay at WOC 2016 and in this podcast he describes his development through the years. He talks about his training, his childhood, how he likes to run the big relays. But he has also have some downs, 2013 for example. He also tell us about his upcoming move from Halden, Norway to Turku in Finland. He and his girlfriend Ida Marie Naess Björgul will make this move now in September.
