In this episode I talk about how the riding feels when you are lit like an american christmas tree. How the air got colder (extremely warm until now for this month of the year) Furthermore I share with you some boring stats about my ride. I was able to ride further in the warmup due to this reason share in the episode. Besides that I started again doing this "thing" to my muscles which brought my instant results. My legs have been hurting but in a very pleasurable way.
