The annual Reconciling-in-Christ (RIC) Service will this year be hosted by First Immanuel Lutheran Church in Northwest Portland. First Immanuel is one of 19 RIC Congregations in the Oregon and Southwest Washington Synods. The RIC Service is open to all people to celebrate the God's inclusive love for people of all gender identities and sexual orientations, their families and allies.
