There are 2 forms of baptisms just as there are 2 forms of births (John 3:14-16).  In the Natural and also in the spirit. 1.There is the Natural Water baptism – a baptism which is by full immersion in water; 2.There is also Spiritual Baptism - by being filled with the Holy Spirit of God (being born again). As Jesus came into this world of darkness, the born again people should therefore, not expect to be saved only by getting baptised by full immersion in water, but also as Jesus did, they need to be baptised by faith in Christ's death, burial and resurrection or filled with the Holy Spirit. Every person therefore, need to experience what Jesus underwent, by becoming His followers or disciples; that is, carrying their cross and follow Him.  This is a born again experience!
