Frank and Christina Gailey came to Australia so Frank could pitch for the Canberra Cavalry in the 2017-18 Australian Baseball League season. Just before Christmas, while Frank was preparing to play in the ABL All-Star Game, Christina was a passenger in a serious car crash and baseball suddenly took a back seat.
