Each of the stories we are living have two essential components – the present incarnation of that story and the future imagined ideal of our desired version of that same story. Our life experience consists of flowing from the present to the imagined ideal. In today’s show we cover in greater detail the importance of having clearly defined and densely imagined stories that we want to experience. We create distinctions in the quality of Flow and  how we can diagnose poor flow and what we can do to remedy it. As part of this discussion, we delve into the detail of our Lead Character (the “Me”) and the four areas of our character that play an essential role in the quality of our flow. We also discuss our Story Setting, or the contents of our surroundings (the “Not Me”), and bring some new distinctions and definitions to this “external environment” that we can also manage to produce better flow.
