As reported by the Japanese newspaper Asahi Shimbun, it is believed that a Russian or Eastern European hacker group gained remote access to the computers of the Japanese crypto exchange Coin check exchange employees using a malware sent via email. Mozilla Firefox reported a “critical” security flaw in its browsers last week, that allows arbitrary code execution, when manipulating JavaScript objects.
