The Alabama state Senate on Tuesday approved a bill that could become the nation's strictest abortion law. It would make it a felony for a doctor to perform or attempt an abortion during any stage of pregnancy. And Fla. Gov. Ron DeSantis says Russian hackers gained access to voter databases in two Florida counties ahead of the 2016 presidential election.
