 On this week’s episode of Industry Celebrities, Kimberly D. Scott interviews Marla Posey, Founder/CEO of Spark Multifamily Learning Consulting, which is in the multifamily industry. Just like many people, she “fell” into the industry. Also like many, she left the initial industry she was in (which was in the retail space) in search of something more fulfilling. Low and behold, she found an ad for a leasing agent in the newspaper. Having absolutely no experience, she took a leap of faith and landed in the multifamily industry, where she fell in love and remains in love!
