Helensburgh qualified for their first Grand Final since 2013 with a penalty shootout win over League Champions Fernhill. The match finished 3-3 after 120 minutes but the Foxes failed to convert any of their spot kicks which handed the Thistles the victory. It sets up a replay of the 2013 Grand Final, on that occasion Warilla beat Helensburgh 3-1.
