Focus on ONE activity that you want to accomplish. You can even start a 30 day challenge for yourself where you decide to focus on 1 goal, idea, habit, activity, whatever you like. But you have to promise yourself that you will get it done!  1. Use my daily goal planner to write down the 1 goal you want to achieve 2. Write down what outcome you would like to achieve from this goal 3. Make sure you sign your goal sheet after you have completed your goal, as a sense of pride that you actually did it!
