WTF Atlantic City is out of control. The City Council that is. NJ Governor Christie is pointing his finger directly at the occupants of City Hall in Atlantic City. Bloated.....fill in the blanks. Even while fiscal promises were made year after year, some on council decided to totally ignore their public pledge. Atlantic City Councilman; George Tibbit ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (WPVI ACTION NEWS) --Nearly a year ago, Atlantic City council members were stripped of their take-home cars, and were told to only use them for official business. Leading the charge was Councilman George Tibbitt who, even back in 2012, voluntarily agreed to turn in his city car. So imagine our surprise when we saw a municipal car parked in front of his house during multiple random checks in the last four months.
