Two more gray whales have been found dead in the San Francisco Bay...upping the count to four so far this year. The search continues for an Oakland cafe owner who hasn’t been seen since going out for a walk last Wednesday. Many airports are still bogged down during the partial government shutdown, even after President Trump signed an emergency order to pay TSA workers.
