Sinopsis
The Philadelphia 76ers lost to the Miami Heat 118-95 and now have sole possession of the 5th worst record in the NBA! While the Sixers were in the midst of getting blown out at home by the Heat, one would guess that the fans in South Philly were keeping an eye on the closing seconds of the Nets vs Wizards game in Washington. The Nets came back from 17 down, to beat the Wizards in the closing seconds. That Nets win, coupled with the Sixers win, broke a tie for the 5th worst record in the association. Congrats Sixers! As for the game, Tyler Herro dropped a game high 30 points on the Sixers, while Adem Bona and Jared Butler led the Sixers effort. Bona came up with another double-double 16 points and 10 rebounds, while Butler scored a team-high 19 points with 10 assists. The Sixers are right back at it Sunday night at 7:30 when they host the Raptors. Your favorite podcast now has a newsletter!
