Sinopsis

Adem Bona had a career night, Giannis Antetokounmpo had a HISTORIC night, as the Philadelphia 76ers fall to the Milwaukee Bucks 126-113. The Greek Freak put up 35 points with 17 rebounds and 20 assists. He’s the first NBA player in 42 years to achieve that stat line.   While Giannis was going off, so was Adem Bona, but in a more modest way. The Sixers’ rookie second round pick never showed fear when called upon to “D-up” Antetokounmpo. Bona finished with a career-high 28 points while pulling down 6 rebounds and blocking 3 shots.   The Sixers as a team came out of the gate ready to play and outscored the Bucks 39-25, Bona with 10 of his points in the 1st quarter. The Bucks did come storming back in the 2nd quarter to take a 2-point half-time lead.   The Bucks controlled most of the second half, but really took off after a late 3rd quarter surge by Gary Trent Jr. who scored 6 points in the final :62 seconds of the third.   Your favorite podcast now has a newsletter!
