In the East Bay, there's a home repair scam going around that victimizes homeowners and day laborers. U.S. flights to the Middle East are back in the air after being suspended due to the war with Iran. Travel publication “Time Out” has released it’s annual list of the 100 best movie theaters in the world. The newly re-opened Castro theater made the list, as did the East Bay movie house.
