A teen music festival is taking place in Jerusalem next week with many teenage bands taking part. It is a no alcohol, no smoking venue at a bar called Hetzi Tuki and the public is invited. Tracey Shipley, the producer and initiator of the Teen Music Festival, said the performing bands bring different sectors of teenagers together.
