Mr. Robert Gillgan is the Executive Director of the Illinois Catholic Conference. He is past president of the National Association of State Catholic Conference Directors, and Aid for Women. He explains the structure of the Illinois General Assembly and the state of the Pro Life Movement in the Legislature.
