The European Union was poised Thursday to to include Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRCG) on its list of terrorist organizations. "We are putting new sanctions on Iran and I also expect we will list the IRGC as a terrorist group," EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said.
