Modern Nigeria: Understanding Modern Nations (Bloomsbury, 2024) is a collaborative effort that explores Nigeria's historical context and emphasises the importance of Nigeria's diverse historical roots to understanding its current identity with the aim of highlighting the necessity for modern Nigerians to recognise their uniqueness and engage in societal contributions. The book dwells on the aspects of the Nigerian historical culture that enhance social cohesion in the nation, which could be imbibed in the present-day Nigeria.
