This year, the Kol ha-Musika Festival in the Upper Galilee will celebrate its 40th anniversary. After an absence from the evacuated Upper Galilee last year due to the war, the festival returns to Kfar Blum with a special program to mark its fourth decade and will also premier a number of fresh new works by promising young Israeli composers.
