On March 1, President Joe Biden is scheduled to deliver a State of the Union address, for which he will outline an agenda for the year. Matters pertaining to Ukraine, his Supreme Court pick and ensuring funds for aspects of his domestic “Build Back Better” budget will be dominant themes.
