Pilot Co. is set to replace its top two officers with executives hand-picked by its new majority owner, Berkshire Hathaway. Adam Wright will take the helm as CEO, and Joe Lillo will become chief financial officer. Both are longtime employees at Berkshire Hathaway. The conglomerate controlled by Warren Buffett has been Pilot’s biggest shareholder since Jan. 31.
