Under Pressure

The trade between the Cavaliers and the Celtics has the entire sports world din a frenzy. Who won the trade between the two? Who will be better of in the long run? How does this change the league? Some people say that the Celtics gave up too much for one guy while the Cavaliers gained an X Factor type player in Jae Vrowder. Only time will tell.  In this episode, Miami University Track athlete, Kenny Glenn, joins the show as we talk about the latest in sports news and the effect of when preparation and confidence meet. It is very important to not skip any steps in the process but some people prepare and grind everyday but when its time to perform they freeze up because of a lack of confidence.
