During Mike's Course Mike discusses the oddest situations in which golfers on the Tour have been assessed penalty strokes during a tournament.  Josh Warthen, contestant of the Golf Channel's BIG BREAK Mesquite joins Mike & Billy in studio on his way up to Sacramento for the U.S. Open Qualifier.  His professional career got off to a righteous start last October when he won the first event he played on the California Players Tour. He still plays the circuit and has continued practicing to make the most of both his talent and life.  Josh played on the golf team at Allen Hancock Junior College in Santa Maria, Calif., where he was the 2003 Southern California Community College individual champion, he earned a scholarship to play at San Diego State.
