No more pity Will this be a voyage into controversy? What spurred this 5 minute quickie was listening to a well meaning person on UK national radio saying how sorry they felt for obese people because of a national advertisement and following this with "It's not like doing smoking - you don't do obese" You and I, people, anyone, everyone, do not need pity, however well intended, they need compassion and help - to take responsibility to make changes. We need to look at the cause  not the effect. Have a listen and see if you agree or could add something that would make a difference.
