That was Mental Health Awareness day So that was mental health awareness day - Hmmmmmmmm. I really don't want to be disrespectful or cynical but did you notice what I noticed? I'll probably upset a few with couple of my comments but if you have listened before I do have views of the term mental health and more specifically how it's been used. You will have to listen to see if you agree with mean my little moan. But and it is a but this time! I have also been blown away by a comment I heard on the radio on the same day whilst driving to the gym. It stopped me in my tracks because it was so good. It was the best advice I've heard apart from here because we've talk in the past about something really similar. Yay we got it right again :O) So ..........
