What’s up ChouxBox? We first meet Tony Aiazzi and Xavier “X” Mariezcurrena a year ago on Tech Bites Episode 24. The chef and front-of-house guy are founder of a unique “POP” or point-of-purchase inventory system that works with a snap of an iphone camera and overnight data-entry.
