A report documenting the scope of sexual violence that was committed by Hamas terrorists during the October 7 massacre has been presented to Michal Herzog, the president’s wife.    The report was written for the Dinah Project by three prominent legal scholars: Professor Ruth Halperin-Kaddari of Bar Ilan University, the retired district court judge, Nava Ben-Or, and the former chief military prosecutor, Col, (res.) Sharon Zagagi-Pinhas.    The report proposes for the first time to prosecute the Nukhba terrorists for the sex crimes they committed by classifying them as sexual violence as a tool of war—a crime that qualifies as a crime against humanity.
