The ongoing war has taken an emotional and mental toll on IDF reservists and their families. Raziel Baraby, an entrepreneur and engineer in his civilian life and a reserve major in the Givati reconnaissance unit in his military role, realized during his experience as a commander on the battlefield that his responsibilities to his soldiers extend also to providing them with tools to build resilience. He founded the "War4Soul," forum,  comprised of IDF reservists, working to provide effective trauma treatment for reservists, and build national resilience programs.
