Former prime minister Naftali Bennett, who is widely believed to be preparing to run in the next national election, announced on Monday evening the registration of a new political party under the temporary name “Bennett 2026.” A poll published last night by Kan showed that if elections were held today,  a new party headed by Naftali Bennett would be the biggest party with 27 seats, as compared to only 20 for the Likud in second place.
