Artificial Intelligence is having a broad impact on research and development and this was a focus of a conference held in Israel this week called the Tel-Aviv Sparks Innovation Summit. One participant was Dr. Nissim Peretz, the CEO of Itay & Beyond, a company that synthesizes brain cells from urine samples to test psychiatric medications using AI.
