The new cluster of exhibits at the Ramat Gan Museum of Israeli Art, "What the Heart Desires, Art as a Gateway to Healing," explores both directly and indirectly the pain and healing since the Hamas massacre of October 7, 2023.  Chief curator Sari Golan told KAN reporter Naomi Segal that she was thinking about the therapeutic role of art in the face of trauma and its effect on Israeli society prior to the attack, and the theme has gained even more resonance since then.   (Art: Ziva Jelin.
