Top US and Russians diplomats meet in Saudi Arabia to negotiate an end to the war in Ukraine. Prof. Vladamir Zeev Khanin, Department of Political Studies at the Begin Sadat Center for Strategic Studies at Bar Ilan University said that a solution to the Ukraine war would not be a return to the lines before Russia’s invasion of the Ukraine.
