Meet 9-year old Harley Coulter, a very bright and mature young man who it up on his current events, studies books and the internet for facts, opinions and debate. A refreshing breath of fresh air for out youth today to model after. And if you thought he wasn't mature enough, his mom has a policy that all her kids go into the Army at age 18 -- and Harley is looking very forward to that -- free education, medical and dental, etc. Enjoy this wonderful interview!
